For the first time in a few years, Kentucky women’s basketball is headed back to the Big Dance.

The Wildcats secured a 4-seed in the upcoming 2025 NCAA Tournament, meaning they’ll host the opening two rounds in Lexington at Memorial Coliseum. Kentucky will first take on the 13-seed Liberty Flames in the opener Friday (noon ET on ESPN) with a possible second-round matchup against the winner of 5-seed Kansas State and 12-seed Fairfield on Sunday.

After learning their path, a few Wildcats took to the podium and answered questions from the media about the matchup and team expectations going into the tourney. Head coach Kenny Brooks, fifth-year point guard Georgia Amoore, and sophomore center Clara Strack all spoke with reporters to provide their thoughts. Listen to everything they had to say below.
