WATCH: Kentucky Football Monday Press Conference with Bush Hamdan, Brad White
This week is a little different for the Kentucky football program, and it’s not because the Wildcats have lost three straight games.
The typical work schedule was altered to allow Mark Stoops to travel to Youngstown and be with his family for his mother’s funeral. Defensive coordinator Brad White and offensive coordinator Bush Hamdan filled in during his Monday press conference. Vince Marrow will sit in on tonight’s call-in show.
“Please keep the entire Stoops family in your hearts and minds on the recent passing of Mark and Mike’s mother, Dee,” White said to open the press conference. “It’s a really tough and somber day today as they lay her to rest. Please, a little prayer today would be great.”

The two coordinators get down to brass tax and discuss the Xs and Os. White shared what he believes was the turning point in the loss to Auburn. When Hamdan reached the podium, he spent plenty of time talking about the quarterback position and the tall task that lies ahead against James Pearce and the dominant Tennessee defense.
