WATCH: Kentucky football open practice highlights

On Friday and Saturday, the Kentucky football program allowed the media and fans a chance to see the 2024 Wildcats up close and in person.

KSR videographer Steven Peake made the trip to the Joe Craft Football Training Facility on both days to grab as much footage as possible. He delivered by gifting us with 10 minutes of highlights for the Big Blue Nation to overanalyze and create irrational takes off of between now and the season-opener on August 31 against Southern Miss.

This was our first look at new quarterback Brock Vandagriff under new offensive coordinator Bush Hamdan. We also got a taste of transfer WR Fred Farrier, transfer RB Chip Trayanum, and freshman QB Cutter Boley, among others. There’s plenty to take in on the defensive side of the ball, too.
