The Kentucky football team is set to kick off its 2022 season on Saturday in a head-to-head battle against the Miami (OH) Redhawks. It’s a season of sky-high expectations and very real optimism — a night-and-day difference from a decade ago when Mark Stoops first arrived in Lexington.

How did those changes come to fruition? Part of it has to do with the facility upgrades the program has seen over the years, namely the Joe Craft Football Training Facility — a $45 million investment completed in 2016.

As we quickly approach kickoff, the Kentucky football program provided an inside look at the state-of-the-art facility that is helping the Wildcats get ready for the upcoming season. It did so using a drone to explore where the team trains on a daily basis, flying through the rooms and areas that make it all happen.
