During halftime of Kentucky Basketball‘s home rivalry game versus Tennessee, members of Kentucky’s 1995-96, 1996-97, and 1997-98 teams were introduced to the home crowd, part of a 25-year reunion celebrating the era that gave the Bluegrass two national championships and one NCAA runner-up trophy.

Not everyone could be back due to their current coaching obligations, but several familiar names and faces were in Lexington, including former head coach Tubby Smith. Some of the players who could not attend sent in video messages to express their love and support for their old teammates and the Kentucky program.

To see what it was like to be in Rupp Arena when the teams were honored, take a moment to watch KSR’s video of the ceremony celebrating one of the best three-year runs in the history of the sport.
