WATCH: Kerr Kriisa, Andrew Carr, and Travis Perry wait in line for Rupp Arena ice cream

Only in Kentucky would there be a headline of an article touting a video of basketball players standing in line for ice cream, but here we are. At The Basketball Tournament game on Friday where former players notched a win in their first game, current Wildcats embraced the entire Rupp Arena fan experience. And what trip to Rupp Arena would be complete without standing in an ice cream line that is way too long?
Kerr Kriisa, Andrew Carr, and Travis Perry recorded their once-in-a-lifetime experience of standing in the Rupp Arena ice cream line and the tension leading up to that paramount first lick was palpable.
After well over nine minutes of waiting in line, the players finally arrived at the world’s most famous arena ice cream stand and the giddiness was contagious. The flavor of choice for all three players was, of course, swirl, as no one wanted to over-commit to just vanilla or chocolate and deprive themselves of the other delicacy.
Their reaction? Well, it was exactly what you’d expect. Kerr, with a mouthful of goodness, said in a totally non-sarcastic tone, “It’s so good.”

Travis Perry, who most likely was no first-timer to the Rupp Arena ice cream line, rated his cone a solid 9.7 out of 10. Kerr signed off the video reiterating how great the ice cream is with Perry and Carr laughing at this deadpan delivery.
It’s clearly summertime for Kentucky basketball and its social media team, but dang, now I kind of want some ice cream.
