Watch KSR's Rapid Reaction (a Lamont Butler Appreciation Party) outside Rupp Arena

Kentucky took Game 1 of the new era of the Kentucky-Louisville rivalry, winning the first Mark Pope vs. Pat Kelsey matchup in Rupp Arena, 93-85, on Saturday. Lamont Butler was spectacular for the Wildcats. The injured point guard was a game time decision to even play, then played better than anyone in his MVP performance in the victory. Butler had 33 points on 10-for-10 shooting (!!!!!!!) from the field, with six assists and three rebounds. Yeesh.

Now that the game is over, there is a Lamont Butler appreciation party outside Rupp Arena. The KSR crew is outside for a new and live Rapid Reaction from High Street, where the celebration continues with postgame takeaways and discussion, and maybe a few fan interactions.
