WATCH: KSR's Rapid Reaction to Kentucky WBB's 76-53 win over No. 19 Illinois
Kentucky could have faltered as Illinois continued to fight, and fight, and fight their way back into the game, but instead, Kentucky came out and laid the hammer down to end the game. The Cats won 76-53 and are now 7-0 to start the year.
The leader for Kentucky was Clara Strack, who recorded 25 points, 15 rebounds, four assists, a block and a steal against the Fighting Illini. She also happened to turn 19 on Wednesday, so happy birthday, Ms. MVP!
