WATCH: KSR's Rapid Reaction to Kentucky WBB's 91-69 drumming of Mississippi State
There’s truly only one word to describe Kentucky’s win over Mississippi State: dominant.
Kenny Brooks‘ squad beat the 13-1 Bulldogs 91-69 in a game that was really never close from the get-go. Dazia Lawrence and Georgia Amoore made history as they became the first pair of teammates in program history to make seven three-pointers in a game.
Additionally, as a unit, the Cats hit a program record 18 threes against Mississippi State on 33 attempts. When you shoot 55% from deep with that kind of volume, it’s going to be impossible for the opposing team to beat you.

Teonni Key quietly had a solid game herself, finishing with a 10-point, 13-rebound double-double, and she had four blocks to add to that. Amelia Hassett also caught fire against the Bulldogs, scoring 14 points on 4-8 (3-6 3PT) shooting while grabbing nine rebounds along the way.
