The opportunity was there for Kentucky to earn a statement win to open the conference schedule on the road at Missouri. Instead, the Wildcats embarrassed themselves inside Mizzou Arena, falling to the Tigers by a final score of 89-75.

It was a game in which Missouri led by as many as 21 points and for a grand total of 38:51. Kentucky held a one-point lead for 23 seconds before the home team ran the visitors out of the gym. Shots weren’t falling, defense was abysmal and the energy was non-existent. Team chemistry is a disaster and body language is glaringly poor.

Other than that, things are completely fine.

Kentucky falls to 8-4 on the season with zero Quad 1 victories and two teams inside the top 115 — on paper, the best win is Yale. And unfortunately for the Wildcats, there are no clear answers for the long list of questions piling up for this team.

KSR was inside the venue for the head-scratching loss, soaking in the environment and postgame comments before participating in a venting session, live from the Kentucky bench.
