WATCH: Locker room interviews with Kentucky players
One of the best things about the NCAA Tournament is how accessible the players are after games. It’s even better when the team you’re looking to speak with advances to the next round.
Following Kentucky’s 61-53 first-round win over Providence on Friday, several Wildcats were made available in the locker room for postgame interviews. The likes of Oscar Tshiebwe, Cason Wallace, Lance Ware, Daimion Collins, Chris Livingston, and Antonio Reeves all spoke with reporters to break down the program’s first NCAA Tournament win since 2019. Smiles were shared all around.
You can hear everything they had to say about the victory below. Kentucky will play next in the Round of 32 on Sunday against the winner of No. 3 Kansas State and No. 14 Montana State.
