Kentucky has dropped four of its last five games as the losses begin to pile up during the middle of a hellacious SEC schedule. But the Wildcats have a perfect opportunity to get back on track this weekend against the league’s worst team.
To preview what’s in store when the South Carolina Gamecocks (10-12; 0-9 SEC) come to Rupp Arena on Saturday, Kentucky head coach Mark Pope spoke with reporters on Thursday afternoon. He talked about what South Carolina brings to the table, provided injury updates on a few of his players (including a positive one on starting point guard Lamont Butler), dove into the details of what he needs to fix with this group, and much more.
