Watch Mark Stoops, Ja'Mori Maclin, and Ty Bryant summarize Kentucky's Spring Showcase

After Kentucky closed the book on spring ball with Saturday’s Spring Showcase, Mark Stoops spent fifteen minutes in front of the media to recap the day and the spring season. Stoops was joined in Kroger Field’s media room by Ja’Mori Maclin and Ty Bryant, the former speaking on behalf of the offense and the latter representing the defense.
To hear all three of their comments, hit play below on KSR’s replay of the conversations. Stoops opened by saying, “I hope you all enjoyed the day. It was good to get out there, get in the stadium on a beautiful day, and let you and the fans see a little bit about the upcoming team throughout the spring. I was very proud of this group. We definitely got better. We made a lot of strides.”

Stoops added that the abbreviated scrimmage got sloppy at times due to playing everyone on the roster. Still, “we got better throughout the spring,” he said of the entire 15-practice spring session.
