Kentucky’s defense spent more than 41 minutes on the field as Mississippi Sate milked away the clock with 74 offensive plays. Linebacker Jacquez Jones finished the night with a game-high 18 tackles for the UK defense.
Even though Kentucky only had nine possessions (essentially seven because of a pair of quick third quarter turnovers), wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson still caught nine passes for 79 yards.
