WATCH: No. 21 Woodford County runs up the score vs. South Oldham in KSR Game of the Week

We had our first blowout of the season in the KSR Game of the Week this past Friday, but there were still plenty of highlights along the way.
Behind a trio of passing touchdowns from junior QB Foxx Coons, the No. 21 Woodford County Yellow Jackets poured it on the South Oldham Dragons out in Versailles. After finding the end zone less than 70 seconds into the night, Woodford County never looked back, scoring 38 straight points to open the game before settling on a 52-12 victory. It was a revenge opportunity for the Yellow Jackets, which lost to this same South Oldham squad nearly a full year ago, 32-27.
“We lost this game last year, came in a little underprepared,” Coons said postgame. “We all wanted to beat this team. We don’t like them, for real. We just wanted to start 1-0 in the district.”
