It’s time to brush off the UCLA loss and get back in the win column, with the Kentucky Wildcats set to take on Florida A&M on Wednesday at Rupp Arena.

How does UK plan to respond? What did the team learn from its disappointing trip to New York City for the CBS Sports Classic? Kentucky seniors Oscar Tshiebwe and Jacob Toppin talked about what went wrong vs. the Bruins and where the Wildcats are mentally going into the matchup vs. the Rattlers.

“Feeling pretty good, coming off a good practice (Monday), getting ready for tomorrow. We’ll be ready for tomorrow,” Tshiebwe said. “The mentality is still the same, stay positive. We’ve got a good team, we just have to know and figure out how to play together. In the last couple of minutes, it can’t just be about taking crazy shots. We didn’t score in the last four, five minutes. You just can’t end a game like that.”

“I’m going to find myself mentally and just get back to being better physically so I can be better for this team,” Toppin added. “… It’s mental and no one can fix that but me.”
