WATCH: Reed Sheppard, Kentucky fight through tears following Oakland loss

The mood of the locker room was about what you’d expect following Kentucky’s gut-wrenching first-round upset to Oakland in Pittsburgh. Reed Sheppard was in tears talking about the love he has for this program and his teammates, the pain he feels the Wildcats weren’t able to get the job done. Adou Thiero was at a loss for words, unsure how they even got in this position considering how talented he (and the rest of the college basketball world) knew they were. Rob Dillingham talked through his frustration while Justin Edwards walked through his journey in Lexington and just how much this process has meant to him.

To say the emotions were all over the place would be an understatement, just like the rest of us.
