WATCH: Zoom Action breaks down Mark Pope's first Kentucky win

New coach, new name! Floppy Action has rebranded as Zoom Action to usher in the Mark Pope era of Kentucky men’s basketball.
After spending last season in the film room breaking down the 2023-24 Wildcats, KSR’s Zack Geoghegan and Brandon Ramsey are back for the 2024-25 season with a new system to analyze. Pope has brought a high-paced offense to Lexington that emphasizes outside shooting and lots and lots of running. We saw it in action earlier this week during Kentucky’s 123-52 beat down of Kentucky Wesleyan in the first of two exhibition games.

In episode one of Zoom Action, Zack and Brandon break down a couple of beautifully executed offensive plays from the first preseason win. They cap off the show by giving their hot takes about the team after just one game. Hopefully you learn a thing or two about what’s in store for the rest of the season.
