Penny Hardaway's Memphis basketball program tipped-off the season by unveiling a new playing surface at Memphis Madness. The designers may have taken a few too many liberties to show off the hardwood.
Remember when something was wrong with the tongue of Kentucky's Wildcat logo? That lapse in judgment cannot quite compare to what you see in the tiger-striped lanes. It doesn't get any prettier from a different angle.
