Will Levis, Chris Rodriguez Jr. receive invites to Reese's Senior Bowl

The draft starts in Mobile. That is where you can find the Reese’s Senior Bowl when some of the top draft prospects come to work on-site with NFL coaching staffs as personnel departments from all 32 teams are present for the top scouting event of draft season.
Kentucky has seen many of its players benefit from this event. It is where Lonnie Johnson Jr. locked up a second-round pick and where Luke Fortner saw his draft stock really start to take off. The Cats will again be represented at the big event.
Both Will Levis and Chris Rodriguez Jr. received their invites to the Reese’s Senior Bowl this week.
Levis is considered to be a first-round talent and will likely be the top quarterback present at the event as both C.J. Stroud (Ohio State) and Bryce Young (Alabama) are third-year players who will not be eligible for the Senior Bowl. Despite a disappointing run from Levis with some ugly passing performances against Tennessee and Vanderbilt, the hype has not slowed down for the redshirt senior when it comes to his game translating to the next level.

The Kentucky offense is having a lot of issues, but Rodriguez is doing his best to carry the team to success. The redshirt senior has 733 rushing yards and six touchdowns on 5.5 yards per rush as the offense’s RB1 has rushed for over 100 yards in four of the last five games. Rodriguez needs 402 more yards to set the all-time rushing record at Kentucky and he’ll get three more opportunities to break it.
Kentucky had high expectations on offense because of its returning star power in the backfield. The results have been disappointing for first-year offensive coordinator Rich Scangarello, but it’s clear that the draft stock of Levis and Rodriguez has not taken a big hit.
Each will be looking to impress NFL teams in February at the Senior Bowl.
