Big Blue Nation’s wrestling fans noticed a familiar name written on a poster at WWE Monday Night Raw last night. Only a few rows from the WWE ring in Bridgestone Arena, a sign reading “ERIC BLEDSOE” was hard to miss if you watched the live event on its new platform, Netflix.

Eric Bledsoe, a former Wildcat, has no ties to WWE or wrestling whatsoever. So, why an Eric Bledsoe sign at a WWE event? The sign’s holder, Grayson Crockett, originally from Wilmore, Kentucky, told KSR he did it for no other reason than to represent BBN and Kentucky’s shredded shooting guard from 2009-10.

Beneath the sign, he wore a DeMarcus Cousins Kentucky jersey. Blue always gets in.

Cameron Mills and Scott Padgett at WCW (1998)

From the UK/wrestling vault: Cameron Mills and Scott Padgett attended WCW Monday Night Nitro at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky, a day after beating Duke in the 1998 Elite Eight in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mills and Padgett hit two of the biggest shots in that come-from-behind win to reach the Final Four, then found ringside seats to watch Sting beat Diamond Dallas Page to defend the WCW World Heavyweight Title.
