2025 Duncanville (Texas) wide receiver Dakorien Moore is set for his first LSU visit this weekend, he tweeted. Moore is one of the nation’s top wide receivers.

Moore already has more than 30 scholarships offers from programs such as USC, Alabama, Texas, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Ohio State, LSU, Oklahoma, and Oregon. Last season he attended games at Oklahoma, SMU and Texas.

He’s been across the country this spring already, visiting Oregon, Miami, Oklahoma, Texas and others. The Longhorns lead the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

Moore is the No. 17 overall prospect and No. 4 wide receiver in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 3 player in Texas.

Moore’s shined all spring, which is why programs like LSU are lining up to recruit him. Kicking off his spring with a top performer nod at Battle Miami, he’s been on a tear ever since.

“The author of the biggest highlight in one of the final pool-play contests, the nation’s No. 2 2025 WR Dakorien Moore was unguardable upon arrival in South Florida,” On3 wrote. “The Duncanville (Texas) four-star, who had a huge catch downfield in his high school football team’s last month, kept the big plays rolling with a handful of easy big touchdowns downfield and a fantastic grab with time expiring on Saturday night.

“Moore out-jumped the cornerback and high-pointed the football, then held on through the contact for the game-winning score. It was more of Moore on Sunday. The versatile receiver stretched the field and made some of his impressive grabs appear almost seamless.”
