Here’s the full schedule for LSU’s open spring practice, autograph event at Tiger Stadium

LSU football fans will get a chance to see the Tigers in action up close and personal when the program hosts its open spring practice on Saturday, April 12, in Tiger Stadium. The event will replace the traditional spring game and offer fans a look at practice and a chance to interact with players and coaches afterward.
The open practice begins at approximately 10:35 a.m., with gates to the stadium opening at 9:30 a.m. All seating will be located on the west side of Tiger Stadium, and fans should enter through Gates 1-6. Before the action kicks off, fans can watch the team make their traditional walk from the Football Operations Building to the stadium at 9 a.m., arriving by 9:15 a.m.
LSU, like many other programs across the country, opted out of holding a traditional spring game this year. Head coach Brian Kelly explained the change last month.
“As I looked at the spring practice itself and the game, I think what was more important to me, where we are as a football team, was to get all of our players an opportunity to get reps,” Kelly said. “Sometimes, you don’t get the equal amount of reps in a spring game. We have some young players that need some practice time. This will give everybody an opportunity.”
The day will begin with individual drills followed by a scrimmage that includes two 15-minute quarters in the first half, a short halftime, and a second half with a format still to be determined. The scrimmage is expected to conclude by 12:25 p.m.

At that point, the fan-favorite portion of the day kicks off — a 30-minute on-field autograph session presented by Bayou Traditions. Fans will be allowed onto the field to meet LSU players and coaches, with Coach Kelly stationed in the north endzone for photo opportunities. All photographs with Kelly will be taken by LSU staff photographers and made available for free download starting Monday, April 14, at: lsufootball.pic-time.com/-CoachKellyPhotos.
Fans entering the field for autographs will receive a commemorative poster and can bring one personal item to be signed. To help ensure everyone gets a chance to participate, fans will be limited to one signed item — either the provided poster or their own item.
LSU’s “Geaux Clear” bag policy will be in effect. Approved bags include clear totes no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, or small clutch purses no bigger than 4.5” x 6.5”. One factory-sealed water bottle (32 ounces or less) per fan will be allowed. Food, coolers, bottles, cans, and other containers are prohibited unless brought for medical reasons, in which case fans should enter at the medical checkpoint near Gate 1.
This open practice and fan engagement day should be a fresh way for the LSU community to connect with the 2025 team as they prepare for the season ahead. Below is the full schedule released by LSU.
