LSU closes out 2024 cycle with double-digit On3 Top 300 recruits

LSU finished with 12 of the Top 300 prospects in the final On3 Rankings for the 2024 cycle, including a trio of five-stars.

The Tigers had four players finish in the Top 50 overall, while seven players finished inside the Top 150.

LSU is ranked by On3 as the No. 3 class in America while checking in on the On3 Industry Rankings as the No. 7 class for the 2024 cycle.

Here’s the breakdown of how the rankings finished for LSU’s double-digit Top 300 prospects.

5-star OT Weston Davis: No. 23 overall … On3 ends the 2024 cycle as the lone recruiting rankings site to have Davis inside the Top 100 nationally. Davis, who remained an On3 5-star recruit, closes out his career at Beaumont United as the No. 4 offensive tackle in America.

5-star DT Dominick McKinley: No. 24 overall … McKinley finishes as a 5-star recruit and the No. 3 defensive tackle in America, which comes at a time when the Tigers needed marquee defensive tackle additions on the recruiting trail.

5-star TE Trey’Dez Green: No. 32 overall … Green moved up in the final rankings following his senior season at Zachary, becoming LSU’s third 5-star addition as the No. 2 tight end in America.

4-star DL Gabriel Reliford: No. 50 overall … On3 finishes higher on Reliford than any of the major recruiting sites, closing out as a Top 50 prospect and the No. 7 defensive lineman in the country.

4-star S Dashawn McBryde: No. 103 overall … With his final season at Denham Springs in the books, McBryde finishes as a Top 5 prospect in Louisiana and a Top 10 safety nationally.

4-star WR Kylan Billiot: No. 108 overall … Billiot was one of the biggest risers in the final rankings, going from a 3-star recruit up to not only a 4-star, but soaring into the Top 300 as the No. 108 overall prospect and a Top 20 wide receiver in the 2024 class.

4-star RB Caden Durham: No. 116 overall … Durham moved up to a 91 rating, which pushed the Duncanville four-star up the position rankings as the No. 8 running back in the country and a Top 150 prospect.

4-star EDGE CJ Jackson: No. 153 … On3 is higher on Jackson than any other rankings service, circling the Georgia four-star as a Top 20 EDGE rusher and just three spots out of the Top 150 nationally.

4-star OT Ethan Calloway: No. 176 overall … On3 is the lone recruiting service to rank Calloway as a Top 20 offensive tackle prospect, finishing out as a four-star and Top 200 recruit.

4-star S Joel Rogers: No. 265 overall … The West Feliciana two-way standout stayed in the Top 300 from start to finish, wrapping up his high school career as the No. 7 prospect in Louisiana and a Top 25 safety nationally.

4-star LB Tylen Singleton: No. 284 overall … Singleton’s career at Many closes out with the four-star ranked as a Top 20 linebacker nationally and one of the 10 best prospects in Louisiana.

4-star LB Xavier Atkins: No. 291 overall … The Louisiana native, who played his senior season in Texas, turned in a great showing this past fall, which moved Atkins up to a 91 rating as he stayed put in the Top 300.
