LSU DE Quency Wiggins enters NCAA Transfer Portal
LSU defensive end Quency Wiggins entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, On3 learned on Friday. The Baton Rouge native has three years of eligibility remaining.
This past season for LSU, he appeared in four games, making two tackles, including a tackle for loss. In five games in 2022, he recorded five tackles, including a career-best four in LSU’s win over Purdue in the Citrus Bowl.
Wiggins played high school football at Madison Prep Academy where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 54 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He finished as the No. 9 DL and the No. 6 player out of the state of Louisiana.
