2024 Albany (Ga.) Dougherty four-star running back Kameron Davis, a Florida State commit since February 2021, added an LSU offer on Wednesday, he announced on Twitter.

Davis, who is the No. 35-ranked prospect in the 2024 On3 Consensus, possesses additional offers from Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, Notre Dame, Oregon and Tennessee among others.

According to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies, Kameron Davis ranks as the No. 2 running back in the nation. On3 ranks him as the No. 42 overall prospect and No. 3 running back nationally.

Florida is expected to get him on campus this spring and Georgia hosted him this fall. The Seminoles got him on campus in January. Now, LSU can be added to that list of schools who want him to come check out their campus.

Kameron Davis scouting report

Rocked up running back prospect that runs with violence and has nimble feet for someone with his physique. Measures in at 5-foot-9.5, 200 pounds. Jumped a 29.5-inch vertical and a 9-foot-1 broad jump during the spring camp circuit prior to his junior season. Excellent ability to make defenders miss in a phone booth.

Possess tremendous leg drive and the ability to pull through arm tackles. Lacks ideal top end speed, more of a doubles guy than a homerun threat. High floor prospect who will always be a pain to bring down between the tackles. One of the top baseball prospects in the country who has top-tier MLB draft potential.
