LSU offers Perry-Wright following camp in Baton Rouge
LSU defensive line coach Jimmy Lindsey has handed out a new offer, and he’s dipped into the Peach State with the verbal scholarship.
Following a workout at camp, Lindsey offered Buford (Ga.) 2026 defensive lineman Bryce Perry-Wright.
Perry-Wright, who has more than 20 scholarship offers following his freshman season, was one of the top prospects at LSU’s Elite Camp on Saturday.
Perry-Wright was the lone defensive lineman to pick up an offer from Lindsey and the Tigers on Saturday, which put a bow on camp season in Baton Rouge following the final session of the month.
Perry-Wright part of a star-studded cast at Buford
Perry-Wright is surrounded by talent at Buford High School, sharing snaps with five-star Eddrick Houston, major college prospects Matreece Dillard, Nico Maggio and others.
“Being able to learn from Eddrick is a big deal,” Perry-Wright said. “There were a lot of things that I didn’t know coming to Buford and he helped me. I trained with him the summer before I got here. He’s like a big brother.

With more than 20 scholarships ahead of his sophomore season, Perry-Wright told On3 he’s taking things slow as he works through the early stages of his high school career.
“I’m open to everyone right now,” Perry Wright said. “I’m grateful for all of them (offers). I don’t have any special ones right now. I’m thankful for them all.”
