LSU Recruiting Show: Zion Ferguson, Kyle Parker, visitor list
A new and improved podcast for LSU fans
It’s the start of something new as The Bengal Tiger has now added Shea Dixon and myself (Matthew Brune) to its staff of Billy Embody and Peter Rauterkus. In doing so, we believe we have assembled the best staff to bring you everything LSU athletics. That starts with recruiting, team content, and audio/video as the foundation.
The goal this year on the podcast and YouTube side is simple – build the best and most consistent show on the market. With that goal in mind, we have outlined a schedule that we feel gives Tiger fans constant content throughout the week.
On Mondays, we’ll have a weekly mailbag podcast with questions only from our subscribers and only from our message board. Tuesdays will be the recruiting podcast. Wednesdays will be our guest episode, usually having a player, coach, or writer on the podcast. Thursdays will be our main podcast where we’ll cover the upcoming game and the main talking points around the team. Then, the final podcast of the week comes after the game with our postgame podcast.
We will also have breaking news podcasts with commitment reactions and any major stories.
Now that you know the schedule, you know what you can expect from our YouTube channel and podcast feed. We plan on doing several of these shows live as well to further interaction with y’all. It’s a great way for y’all to hear our voices, connect with us, and put a face to the names you know.
Wednesday’s Recruiting Podcast
On this episode, Shea Dixon and Billy Embody cover everything LSU recruiting with a recap of the responses from recruits to the loss, analysis on the Zion Ferguson commitment, a look at Kyle Parker’s historic weekend, and a look a head at what’s next for LSU on the recruiting scene.
