LSU vs. Texas A&M: Game time, TV channel still up in the air
The LSU Tigers will square off against the Texas A&M Aggies in a SEC showdown on October 26 at Kyle Field in College Station. But the exact time and TV network is still up in the air and will officially be determined after the games on Oct. 19, the Southeastern Conference announced Monday.
The game will be televised on either ABC or SEC Network and will air at 2:30, 3:15 or 6:30 PM.
With a long history between the two programs and both schools still in the College Football Playoff hunt, this game should be one of the most exciting matchups on the schedule for the final week of October as both teams are currently ranked inside the top 15 of the AP Top 25 poll.
The Aggies and Tigers have been hated rivals in the SEC since Texas A&M joined the conference in 2012, and while LSU leads the all-time series, the Aggies have been strong competitors in recent years, with the teams alternating wins and losses the last few seasons.
The rivalry has delivered memorable moments, including the unforgettable seven-overtime thriller in 2018, featuring Joe Burrow & Co. With both teams fighting for position in the SEC standings, this year’s contest will be no different as Mike Elko has the Aggies at 5-1 and at the top of the SEC standings.
