LSU WBB offers No. 2 prospect in 2027 class
LSU has offered Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka, the No. 2 player in the 2027 class according to ESPN HoopGurlz Rankings. At 6-foot-2, the Maryland wing reported her offer on Wednesday afternoon after a conversation with LSU assistant coach Gary Redus.
The LSU staff is continuing to set up unofficial visits for the upcoming 2026 and 2027 classes and getting Wilson-Manyacka is likely a top priority this fall as her recruitment begins.
The Tigers have been aggressive in the future classes after adding another strong transfer class for the 2024-25 roster, hoping to set themselves up in a better position for the future seasons with high school recruiting. Redus helps lead Kim Mulkey’s staff on the recruiting trail, especially when it comes to looking ahead to the future.
LSU comes off of back to back deep runs in the NCAA Tournament, including a national championship in 2023, and which came with plenty of notoriety across the country. Kim Mulkey continues to command the attention of the college basketball landscape and once again has a team set to compete with the top in the country. LSU is in a position to continue to press for the top talent in the country year after year and that’s what Redus and company will continue to do.
