LSU WR commit Kylan Billiot headed to All-American Bowl
2024 Houma (La.) Terrebonne wide receiver Kylan Billiot committed to LSU this summer after earning an offer at camp. On Friday, he was announced as an All-American Bowl participant.
The 2024 All-American Bowl on January 6, 2024, from inside the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, will be presented live on NBC and Peacock.
On3 assistant director of scouting Cody Bellaire and director of scouting Charles Power both see a terrific prospect from a frame stand point in Billiot. He also showed his top end speed. With his All-American nod, he can now show what he can do against top competition.
“The first thing that pops out is the frame. He stands right around 6-3, he’s nearly 190-195 pounds, but he has length for days. He’s got 33.5-inch arms with almost a 6-8 wingspan,” Bellaire said this summer. “He has length, he has the frame and then even then, he’s sitting at 190 pounds. He’s still a little leaner athletically so he can probably put on a good 10-15 and sit around 205-210 pounds. He’s going to look like a true X receiver.

“We had the pleasure of seeing him in-person at the LSU Elite Camp. He showed up to LSU 7-on-7 Tournament and put on a terrific performance as well. The thing that he did was check a box when it came to top-end speed. He ran it multiple times. They had him between a 4.47 and a 4.55 40-time, which at his size is plenty good enough when it comes to top-end speed.”
On3 ranks him as the No. 55 overall wide receiver in the country and No. 10 prospect in Louisiana.
Billiot ranks as the No. 233 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 41 wide receiver and the No. 8 player in the state of Louisiana.
