These 11 LSU players officially entered the 2025 NFL Draft
The hard deadline to declare for the 2025 NFL Draft passed last week, and these 11 LSU players will go through the process in hopes of hearing their names called in Green Bay in late April.
There are three underclassmen who elected to go pro and all should be top 100 picks, while a strong senior class looks to turn to the NFL and continue their careers on the football field. There are more seniors that have their names in the draft, but we’re focused on these 11 who are playing in an All-Star game or projected to be drafted.
Below is a full list of LSU players taking their talents to the next level with the NFL Draft on Thursday, April 24 through Saturday, April 26.
OL Will Campbell
No. 12 overall prospect (CBS Sports) | No. 2 offensive tackle (ESPN)
A three-year starter and a two-year captain at offensive tackle, Will Campbell was a pillar in LSU’s success under Brian Kelly since he arrived. He ended 2024 as a consensus All-American and on the first team on four of the five major outlets. He was first-team All-SEC by the coaches and the AP. He started 38 games at LSU and allowed four sacks in over 1,500 pass blocking snaps in three years.
DL Sai’Vion Jones
No. 48 overall prospect (CBS Sports) | No. 101 prospect (PFF)
Jones finished his career with a strong senior season, totaling 40 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles. He was one of the most consistent players on LSU’s defense and projects favorably to the NFL at 6-foot-6 and 280 pounds.
All-star game: Senior Bowl
TE Mason Taylor
No. 57 overall prospect (PFF) | No. 3 tight end (ESPN)
Another three-year starter at LSU, Taylor ends his career as the most accomplished tight end in the programs history. HE was named to the third team All-SEC in 2024 and ends the year with 55 receptions for 546 yards. For his career, he totaled 129 receptions for 1,308 yards and six touchdowns. He finished his career catching a pass in 28 straight games. The game-winning two-point conversion catch against Alabama as a freshman in 2022 goes down in history, just as Taylor will for his career.
All-star game: Senior Bowl
OL Emery Jones
No. 59 overall prospect (CBS Sports) | No. 10 offensive tackle (ESPN)
The third junior to enter the NFL Draft, Jones ended the 2024 season as a second-team All-SEC selection and further showed he has the tools and experience to take his game to the next level. He entered college as a guard but quickly flipped to tackle out of necessity and stuck there opposite of Campbell. The last two years, Jones allowed just three sacks
All-star game: Senior Bowl
DE Bradyn Swinson
No. 91 overall prospect (CBS Sports) | No. 8 outside LB (ESPN)
Swinson was a star off the edge for LSU this past season, ending the year on the Second-Team All-SEC with multiple Defensive lineman of the Week honors. He showed significant improvement under Kevin Peoples and ended the year with 58 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, and 8.5 sacks. The pass rushing ability paired with his athleticism makes him a force on the edge and he also was able to show versatility at times as an outside linebacker.

All-star game: East-West Shrine Bowl
CB Zy Alexander
No. 100 overall prospect (CBS Sports) | No. 72 overall prospect (PFF)
A lockdown cornerback for most of the year, Alexander ended the year allowing just 204 yards and two touchdowns on 46 targets. He also had two interceptions and allowed a passer rating of 53.2, proving to be an incredibly consistent talent on the perimeter. Pro Football Focus had him with an 84.6 coverage grade and considering the competition level, it forced NFL scouts to take notice.
All-star game: East-West Shrine Bowl
WR Kyren Lacy
No. 163 overall prospect (PFF)
A second-team All-SEC AP selection, Lacy had a good year as the Tigers’ No. 1 option, ending with 58 receptions for 866 yards and nine touchdowns. He took a backseat to a couple NFL wideouts in his first two years on campus, but proved himself in 2024 as a capable playmaker and a potential NFL talent.
All-star game: Senior Bowl
OL Miles Frazier
No. 170 overall prospect (PFF) / No. 12 offensive guard (Walter Football)
Another three-year starter on the offensive line, Frazier was extremely reliable in pass protection, allowing just one sack in the last two seasons. PFF had an 88 pass blocking grade on Frazier in 2024 and in the bowl game he showed he’s more than capable of playing tackle at the next level as well at 6-foot-5 with good feet.
All-star game: Senior Bowl
LB Greg Penn
No. 214 overall prospect (PFF)
A three-year starter at linebacker, Penn was one of the captains of the defense and a key piece in the development of several young players around him. He totaled 274 tackles, 17.5 tackles for loss, and 5.5 sacks in 50 games and 40 starts for his career. A player who grew his game and now looks to show that nose for the ball at the NFL level.
All-star game: East-West Shrine Bowl
OL Garrett Dellinger
No. 11 offensive guard (Walter Football)
Another excellent offensive lineman, Dellinger started at three different positions during his four years at LSU, playing in 41 games with 30 starts. He was primarily the left guard for both Jayden Daniels and Garrett Nussmeier and has the strength to be effective at the next level.
All-star game: Senior Bowl
Williams served his six years at LSU as a reliable back and someone who started 17 games. He rushed for 1,494 yards and 17 touchdowns during his career and caught 71 passes for 600 yards. He is the final member of the 2019 national championship team and was one of the most heralded captains in the program the past two years.
All-star game: Tropical Bowl
