LSU flips Christian Brathwaite from Baylor

Brathwaite is ready to get to LSU now and bring his leadership qualities. He’s been moved around at times, but has settled in off the ball for Cy Ranch. Brathwaite was impressed with what Matt House did defensively against Ole Miss and the family vibes on his visit.

“They really are a family and they really treat everybody as a family, not just the football team,” Brathwaite told On3. “Everybody in Louisiana. You just get that love you never felt before. The atmosphere you get to play in, you’re not going to get a better atmosphere than that. You’re not going to get a better quick adjustment, good coaching staff than that.”

According to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies, Christian Brathwaite ranks as the No. 410 overall prospect in the country and No. 38 linebacker prospect in the nation.
