On the opening drive of the 2nd half, LSU running back Josh Williams took the ball and scored to make it 28-21, Tigers. Check out the two-yard touchdown run below.
Williams has teamed up with LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels and Logan Diggs to lead the rushing attack for the Tigers. His touchdown run gave him three carries for 12 yards and a score.
LSU finished the 2nd half with a key touchdown to tie the game at 21. Daniels found Kyren Lacy to cap a scoring drive with five seconds to go in the half.

LSU head coach Brian Kelly was confident in his high-powered offense to stick to its gameplan heading into the matchup with the Crimson Tide.

“I think the offense clearly recognizes their ability to be explosive but have balance on offense and defense,” Kelly said this week. “So there’s no reason for them not to be anything but who they are. I think that there’s a confidence level that if they prepare the right way, if they stick to their process, that they’re going to have success.
“I think that’s been their mindset is just practice and, you know, put in the preparation the right way and things will take care of themselves.”
