ANALYSIS: Cam Ward saw Heisman Trophy odds drop after loss, but statistically he should still be a favorite

The Miami Hurricanes weren't the only loser on Saturday, when the team fell to Georgia Tech. QB Cam Ward's Heisman Trophy hopes also took a shot. Ward went from a frontrunner per FanDuel to a somewhat distant fourth despite throwing for 348 yards and three TDs. He lost a fumble with Miami trying to mount a final game-winning TD drive and seemed to struggle finding men open downfield. And the Heisman also has a frontrunner component as it pertains to teams winning.
