His ability to recruit is greatly diminished with NIL and the portal. Next year will determine whether he is successful. If he doesn’t make the playoff he never will. To do that he has to hire a home run DC, have a very good QB and hit on several defensive portal transfers. I also think his philosophy of running back by committee has to end and go with your best guy. If he would have stuck w Martinez and fed him 25 or more carries against Syracuse we are in the playoff right now. All of that is going to be very tough.
