There there is our analysis of what Mario Cristobal needs to do to crack list of top college football coaches a year from now.
In recruiting?
Despite being enrolled in Miami and on campus, the Washington twins Robby and Bobby have not stopped their recruiting efforts and have turned their sights on getting Miami (Fla.) Columbus three-star defensive lineman Daylen Russell to join them in Coral Gables next. Find out the latest there.
Plus San Jacinto (Calif.) 2024 On300 four-star receiver Dillon Gresham picked up a Miami offer earlier this week after Hurricanes receivers coach Kevin Beard dropped by his high school Monday morning. Miami joins a horde of Pac-12 programs vying for the No. 212 overall recruit in the On300. We catch up with him.

Miami receivers coach Kevin Beard also dropped by La Verne (Calif.) Bonita High School Monday to evaluate 2025 four-star linebacker prospect Noah Mikhail. Mikhail was in Coral Gables April 14 for an unofficial visit to Miami, and Bonita head coach Steve Bogan said Beard wanted to ensure Mikhail is remaining a priority for the Hurricanes. Read about that.
And Miami became one of the latest Power Five programs to offer fast-rising 2025 Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna wide receiver Kamare Williams, with a scholarship offer April 20. The four-star prospect, who has offers from the likes of Florida, Florida State, Texas A&M, and Miami, recently visited campus after earning the offer and says he feels at home in Coral Gables. He shares his thoughts.
The baseball team also squeaked by Louisville in that series opener, 6-5, so you can read all about that.
And, as always, stay tuned today for any news that may come up.

The portal is KILLING DEPTH AND COMPETITION … Posted by Znir1
Here’s what you do: Allow revenue Team revenue sharing for football players and then add the 1-year rule for transfers back.
That way the NCAA is protected from antitrust litigation when people sue to get the rule overturned while at the same time negating some of the effects of NIL inducements and eliminating some of the allure of the portal.
