MESSAGE BOARD POST OF THE DAY
Miami vs. Florida … Posted by 289FIA
The Gators, just like every other major program, have worked to get better. They brought in two new OT’s via the portal and in one review (PFF Max Chadwick Article) they have the #10 rated offensive line in college football for the 2024 season:
1. Bama
2. UGA
3. LSU
4. Texas
5. Oregon
6. Ohio State
7. Missouri
8. Miami
9. Florida State
10. UF
They have a big experienced, and confident starting QB, and some WR’s that are quick. THEY view Miami as a weak ACC program that lost to MTSU and lost a bowl game to a crappy Rutgers team. Miami has a significantly different roster than was fielded against Rutgers, led by a confident Cam Ward and players on both sides of the ball that are hungry. Miami can win the game but no way it is a cakewalk. Gators are all expecting Ward to cough up the ball multiple times … I would like to see Miami win the turnover battle … early … to set the tone and quiet the Swamp.
