We also go Inside The Lines with OL Matthew McCoy, who is battling to be a key part of what should be a major strength for this Hurricanes team. Get his take on where things stand.
In recruiting?
We have another Inside The Lines feature, this one with 2026 Jones (Fla.) three-star gunslinger Dereon Coleman, who committed to the Canes last month. Learn more on what he’s all about.

Plus we catch up with Tampa (Fla.) Carrollwood Day four-star 2026 running back Javari Barnett. He is gaining interest in the Hurricanes and visited Miami at the end of last month, so find out where things stand there.

MESSAGE BOARD POST OF THE DAY
Should Louisville really have a shot at beating Miami? … Posted by Cane thing 67
At beating UM? Well based on recruiting over the last 3 years the answer should be a resounding NO!!! UM has crushed them in recruiting all three years. Based on personnel UM should win. These type of games will determine if the coaching staff is worth their weight and compensation. If UM loses to Louisville, Lucy is going to have to have some explaining to do.
