Miami 4-star WR commit Joshua Moore goes inside his decision to flip from Florida: 'I wanted to be a part of something special'

Pembroke Pines (Fla.) West Broward four-star receiver Joshua Moore may not have initially committed to the Hurricanes when he made his first decision in late June. But after flipping from Florida to Miami Tuesday night, he feels he made the right choice.
