Miami Hurricanes OL Francis Mauigoa sees team becoming more than a one-dimensional pass-first offense

Miami Hurricanes offensive coordinator Shannon Dawson has used the term “pick your poison” describing this year’s offense. But until this past weekend it was more a lethal passing game getting the job done with the run game more innocuous. Then Louisville happened. The run game came alive on the back of Damien Martinez’s best game (12 games, 89 yards, TD) along with Mark Fletcher (13-73) and Ajay Allen (5-31, TD). Of course, the offensive line did its job helping open run lanes. And after today’s practice starting RT Francis Mauigoa shared his take.
