No. 1 overall prospect Jeremiah Smith, a Five-Star Plus+ receiver from Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna, ultimately signed with Ohio State Wednesday afternoon, but the 6-foot-3, 200-pound wideout was stunningly close to flipping to Miami in the final minutes before his decision.
