Big Ten taking no action on Michigan State-Michigan scuffle; Alan Haller acknowledges 'decision is final'

The Big Ten Conference issued a response on Tuesday to Michigan State’s request for the league to look into the scuffle which broke out in the final seconds of Saturday’s Michigan State-Michigan football game at Michigan Stadium.  The Big Ten is taking no action. There will be no suspensions or penalties. Inside, Michigan State athletic director Alan Haller offers a response.
