As transfer from UConn unaccustomed to playing in front of full stadiums, Michigan State running back Nathan Carter wanted to soak up the experience of his Spartan debut. After basking in the energy of the 75,000 strong crowd on hand for the season opener, Carter went to work, delivering 113-yard, one touchdown performance in his debut.
