In what is expected to be a productive transfer weekend for Michigan State in the defensive backfield, the Spartans received a transfer commitment from cornerback Anthony Pinnace of Texas San Antonio and Iowa Western Community College on Saturday night. Pinnace announced the commitment via social media after visiting Michigan State on Saturday. Pinnace (6-0, 170) was listed as a redshirt junior on the Texas San Antonio spring roster, just a few weeks ago. He entered the portal following UTSA’s spring practice.  Michigan State is also closing in on a commitment from former Bowling Green safety Tracy Revels (6-1, 185, R-Soph.). Revels became a starter at Bowling Green last fall as a redshirt-freshman midway through the season. He started seven games for the Falcons and entered the transfer portal this spring. Levels could reach a decision on Sunday. (More inside SpartanMag.com, including Jim Comparoni's analysis of Pinnace's film).
