Michigan State adds Shaquille Lee to strength and conditioning staff
Michigan State has added Shaquille Lee to its strength and conditioning coaching staff, Lee announced on social media last week. Lee – who has already arrived in East Lansing – will work as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Spartans.
The move comes on the heels of former director of athletic performance and associate head strength and conditioning coach Dr. Lorenzo Guess transitioning to the men’s basketball program.

Prior to his time in South Bend, Lee was the assistant director of strength and conditioning at Missouri Southern for one season.
Lee began his collegiate career at St. Joseph’s College, where he played one season of football. He then transferred to Indiana State, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science and minors in strength and conditioning.
