Michigan State center Jaxon Kohler dominates in 53-point Moneyball Pro-Am performance

Michigan State sophomore Jaxon Kohler is no stranger to success at the Moneyball Pro-Am. As a true freshman last summer, he was one of the leading scorers at the event. In a 53-point performance at Moneyball on Tuesday night, however, Kohler put on a different type of show. In his dominant performance in a match-up against McDonald's All-American Xavier Booker, much of what Kohler accomplished was made possible by improved conditioning and off-season strength gains. Leaner and stronger as a sophomore, Kohler has taken significant steps toward addressing deficiencies that have oftentimes overshadowed his impressive skill at the center position.
