Against an experienced and physical Boston College offense, Michigan State has an opportunity to prove that its defense is up to the challenge. Being able to match the physicality of the Boston College offense is critical for the Spartans to put themselves in a position to win a difficult road game on Saturday. “This game is going to be won down in the trenches,” Michigan State rush ends coach Chad Wilt said. “And the team that controls both sides of the ball best, you’re going to put yourself in the best position to celebrate in your locker room.”
