Michigan State’s new director of on-campus recruiting was retained by Golesh, and remained on staff at South Florida. Learn was set to oversee football operations and recruiting for the Bulls this year. The rising star in the recruiting industry was one of just a handful of holdovers from Scott’s staff.
The Spartans recruiting department underwent a major reshuffle after former general manager Saeed Khalif’s contract was allowed to expire earlier this year. Diethorn’s recruiting staff is now up to five full-time members. In addition to Kukura and Learn, director of player personnel Sean Levy and on-campus recruiting coordinator Diamond Boston remained on staff following Saeed’s departure.
