Michigan State's Jase Richardson felt he owed his teammates one after New Mexico struggles

ATLANTA - Michigan State freshman Jase Richardson followed up his most frustrating game of the season with arguably his most efficient. Richardson bounced back from a nightmarish game against New Mexico in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament to score a team-high 20 points in a 73-70 victory over Mississippi in the Regional Semifinals, Friday at State Farm Arena. “I told them after the New Mexico game that I owe them a game because I felt like I wasn't that good in that game,” Richardson said of his teammates.
